Select the appropriate new-patient appointment for yourself or your child. Adult and pediatric visits have different appointment structures and pricing.

Appointment Preparation
Your first appointment begins with a conversation about your concerns, health history, and goals.
Adult New Patient
Ages 14 and older
$130
Includes a one-on-one consultation, comprehensive examination, personalized care plan, and initial treatment when appropriate.
Pediatric New Patient
Ages 13 and under
$95
Includes a consultation, age-appropriate examination, care plan, and initial treatment when appropriate.
What to bring?
A little preparation goes a long way.
To help make your first visit as smooth and productive as possible, we recommend:
Completing your new patient intake forms before your appointment
Bringing any relevant medical records, imaging reports, or health history
Having a list of current medications, if applicable
Wearing comfortable clothing that allows for easy movement
Coming prepared with any questions or concerns you’d like to discuss
Bringing your little one? Please be prepared to share relevant birth, developmental, and health history.

Your first appointment begins with a conversation about your health history, current concerns, and goals, followed by a comprehensive chiropractic examination.
Will I receive an adjustment?
Yes! When clinically appropriate, your first visit may include a chiropractic adjustment following your consultation and examination.
If X-rays are needed before beginning care, you'll be referred to a local imaging facility, as we do not perform them in-office. Once your results have been reviewed, we'll determine the most appropriate next steps for your care.

How payment and insurance work.
Wolf Wellness is a cash-based chiropractic practice with transparent pricing. We do not bill private health insurance. This allows us to provide personalized care based on your individual needs and goals, without the restrictions of insurance-based visit limits.
Have out-of-network benefits?
We’re happy to provide a superbill that you may submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Reimbursement is determined by your individual insurance plan and is not guaranteed.
We welcome Medicare patients as a non-participating provider. Please contact our office for more information before scheduling.
